The stars shine and rainbows glitter.
And as I wander in my thoughts
Through the joy and happiness brought
By the lush grasses and the dew drops that shimmer,
I try to catch glory that has been caught.
The trees dance to the melodies of the breeze
And the birds add their own rhythms and tunes,
Singing and dancing, they bless each other with boons.
A sight not to be missed, giving joy and peace,
Like the serene effect of the rays of a million moons.
I gaze and gaze, at the book I read,
Sitting and staring at this gleeful scene,
Something that is to be and that has been.
And when there is a mission, a need,
Voices invisible will ring, excited and keen.
In the forests of the never - ceasing wonders of Dreamland,
I sing softly, along with the mystics’ music,
Seeming to be imaginary but full of fun and magic.
The lyrics of the song, meaningful and grand,
Sway the hearts of pensive minds, sad and tragic.
The humming – bird buzzes to her heart’s content,
The swan gracefully dips in crystal – clear lake,
The leopards wait for the sloths to awake,
The macaws crack nuts open just as it had meant
And the snakes with fear rattle and shake.
I drift in the sky, soaring with wings,
Enjoying and watching this unbelievable show,
Something that happens beyond all that we know
This one, of all shows, is the King
And we all must respect it and before it bow.
Fairies and sprites play pranks; and the gnomes
Keep wandering in these wondrous pranks. Lurkin,’
The little elves quietly make clothes and hearken
To the witches’ spells in their homes
And the pots that are magically sparkened.
But then I awake myself; my eyes wide open,
Staring at the ceiling right above my face,
And crossing the dreaming phase.
This dream, a take that has been woven,
Is replayed on the page’s stage.
