Like how he loved me
For if he was the ocean,
I would willingly drown
till his love consumed me inside and out.
For I willingly drowned in a tempted ocean,
Till his rage consumed me inside and out
Till it threw onto the helpless shore,
a skeleton of despair,
washed up in a loveless affair
A box, coated gold in the name of love,
Turned to be as Pandora's,
For if I'd known what it beholds
I wouldn't have set foot in water
The more breathless I'd feel the deeper I'd dive,
in search of love that I didn't even know if I'd find
Wave after wave, sea after sea,
This endless love ended me
