A light bulb lit up in his eye,
He let out giggles and so did I.
His pure, free soul is a lifetime's boon,
His smile glamoured the dark, outshining the moon.
His innocence embraced me, turning my heart upside down,
As he clapped and jumped on finishing his paper crown.
His slight, small dances radiate positivity,
It spread like a virus, as time flew and flee.
Little things bring happiness, keep you free of thoughts,
Employing laughter and grins - lots and lots.
All I needed was a little boy,
To lead me to the path of joy.
