Waiting

Noted Nest

By Dhritika Deka

Waiting for someday, waiting for someone

My heart to go on

My hand to hold on

My soul to heal on

My strength to merge on.

The day would be an aesthetic one

With your presence and your favour

The blissful showers of your warmth and heed.

The drizzle of your faith

The never-ending acceptance of yours

The only piece of your life

The final hand to hold on forever till the end.
