All I want is to see you again,
To meet at the gathering on a mountain terrain.
I met you with my heart on my sleeve,
You are still on my mind,
I wouldn't have believed.
I loved being me and being me was what you liked,
I enjoyed every moment, day and night.
Every time we saw the landscape together,
Like a fizzing effervescence in my stomach,
I experienced a high,
The kind that would always come up.
I remember the night when I crossed my inhibitions,
We indulged with our taste buds,
With me making many violations.
I remember the night,
When I fully surrendered to you,
I bared everything I had,
And you came through.
You saw right through me,
I left it to you, carefree.
Not afraid to share your worries with me,
In a few days,
By your side I would not be.
How did I enjoy my greatest adventure with a stranger?
Were we meant to do this together?
In my heart I have let you in,
You are welcome to my home,
Doors and arms wide open.
