Oh, divine watcher of my despair,
Do you see the darkness I bear?
Gasping for air, drowning in sorrow,
Lost in a world where there’s no tomorrow.
Oh, mighty deity, if you indeed exist,
Why do you turn a blind eye to my anguish
Do you not see the tears that stain my cheeks,
Or feel the agony that my soul seeks?
You watch as I stumble, as I fall,
Yet you offer no hand to heed my call.
Is this the love you preach, divine and pure?
Or a masquerade of pain, obscure?
Each prayer a futile cry in the night,
Mocked by the absence of your guiding light.
You leave me to suffer, broken and spent,
In this desolate wasteland, so alone.
Haunted by the sins I've never known.
If you are truly the harbinger of light,
Why do you revel in my darkest hour?
Playing games with my sanity, out of sight,
Leaving me to wither, like a dying flower.
Did you craft me for suffering, divine?
A puppet for your twisted design,
To dance in agony, on this stage of pain,
While you watch, unmoved, from your celestial domain?
Was I not molded from your sacred clay?
Yet you watch me falter, day by day.
Do you revel in the agony you bestow?
Or are you simply too callous to know?
I beg for solace, for a sliver of light,
But you revel in my eternal night.
Do you even care this soul's plea?
Do you even hear, as I fall to my knees?
Or am I just a pawn in your cosmic brawl,
Left to wither away and die?
