'Soothing Moments'

By Ankitha D

'Soothing Moments'

Waking up next to him, as he gently caressed my soul it glows,

Like as if he was hiding me from those morning mists in the winter’s snowflakes,

I snuggled into the crook of his neck while remembering all those magical moments,

We became one after our souls got tangled forever in that exquisite moment,

As I blush by reminiscing those whispered breaths of his that make me faint,

On that dreamy evening dancing with the ocean waves of dreams with you,

And he caught my gaze smiling and embracing me in a comforting cwtch,

The longing to be in his arms and he whispered sweetly that I’m his ‘Evara’,

His sensual kisses took my soul to the ethereal realms of the universe,

I came to know what tranquility feels like when I hear your heartbeats melody,

Soothing my heart by your alluring voice, I want to cuddle and hear the harmony,

Relishing the sweetness of his soft seductive lips,

Playing the strings of passion and seduced to the rhythm of his lustrous sins,

He is making me crave for him more and more like an unholy desires.

We were deeply in love that it felt like a ritual,

We became one not only by the body but also by the soul,

Tying a knot with him still feels tangled in my own storm of reverie,

As I began to muse about him in that dreamy moment of a pleasant daydream,

Embracing his soul completely and letting nature witness the enchanting beauty of love,

As those beautiful snowflakes fell into my palms warming and enfolding me as their beloved,

On a winter night amidst the snowstorm as we adored the majestic moon in the sky.
