Journey started quite
A beautiful starry night
Ship left the dock
Stocked to the top
It had a bad reputation
Of sinking in the nation
Let bygones be bygone
Present is pleasant one
Party went on endlessly
Dancing and singing carelessly
Unaware to all lurked a storm
Thunder rumbled all along
Clouds rushed in to stay
The sky turned violent grey
Enlightened by past error
They screamed in terror
Ship hit the storm with a roar
Waged a futile war
Even precautionary measures taken
Couldn’t save the ship forsaken
Watched it sink helplessly
For once glad to watch silently
Rumors be told that if not that day
It would have sunk anyway
Fate of the ship seafaring
Sealed from beginning
Atleast it went down fighting
Worth the tragic ending
