She was the spark of my life.
My jolt of happiness.
She was the lightning that lit up my night.
She was the joy that emanated through my life.
She was the surge of energy that kept me going.
She was the streak of light that sprayed across my sky.
She was my beacon that sprawled across the evening sky.
She was the moon in whose light I bathed.
She was the warm embrace that enveloped my whole being,
She was the kindle that all eyes were seeing.
Her rays illuminated my feelings,
Her glow brought forth my sweetest dreams.
Through her, I found peace in the thunderstorm.
Through her, I was met with splendour and beauty.
However, like lightning she soon passed,
Fleeting moments with lasting memories.
In the sudden thunderclap of thunder and rain,
Retells our memories now in pain.
Every flicker hints anew.
Yet to the myriads of memories I bid adieu,
And say what I once said, “Pikachu, I choose you.”
