Never understood her, nor they ever tried. She doesn’t get it; why don’t they normalize crying? Feeling of loneliness grew in her mind
I know that she is trying.
The only way to cope with stress was to accept it, Scared to go out, stressed by staying in. Eventually, darkness became her best friend, And depression became a trend.
Silent crying was added to her dictionary, And laziness took over her mind and body. Fake smiles became a thing,
While she became a victim of social anxiety.
Everyday she felt like her world was over, While insecurities held her hand tight.
She needed someone to understand her, But somehow she is trying.
Creepy messages, stalkers all around.
Made new friends, tried to get along.
She knew it was out of her comfort zone,
But pillows stayed by her side, when everyone was gone.
She felt like a disappointed all the time,
And guilt took over her mind.
She wanted someone to hug her,
But this time she was tired of trying.
