I take a step outside,
Inti my garden,
And I get received
By a “woosh” of cool, humid air
I feel the hot rays,
From the burning Sun
The majestic king,
Of the season of summer
The bright day,
Blinds my eyes
The sight of beautiful trees,
Fills my sight
Birds chirping from the branches,
Bees buzzing from flowers,
Children chatting from the park
Oh, the lovely sound of summer
Colourful flowers bloom in summer,
With such aromatic smell,
Delicates and sweets baked and cooked,
Putting me under an alluring spell
I take a seed outside,
On my tiny tea table
I sip a cup of coffee,
The taste of caffeine empowering me.
Now refreshed and awakened,
With my tummy full of treats
I walk under the summer sky,
With the Sun gleaming at me!
