Everyone’s Fixing Their Bodies, But No One’s Fixing Their Souls.

Noted Nest

By Zenia Zaheer

Everybody’s fixing their bodies,

but what about the soul?

We chase after curves and lines,

convinced that if we look right,

we’ll feel whole.

But beneath the surface,

our hearts are heavy,

carrying scars we never acknowledge.

We spend hours in front of the mirror,

sculpting our exterior,

while inside,

we’re just trying to make sense of the chaos.

It’s easy to get lost in the pursuit of perfection—

But in that rush,

we forget to listen to the whispers of our spirit.

The real work isn’t about changing how we appear;

It’s about embracing the mess within,

nurturing the parts that don’t fit society’s mould.

Because true beauty isn’t found in the reflection;

It comes from healing the soul—

And that’s where the real transformation begins.
