In thine eyes, two orbs of brown doth dwell,
As galaxies within love's secret spell,
With each glance, a sip of richened brew,
Awakening joy, emotions anew.
They catch the golden rays from heaven's height,
A dance of light, a poet's sweet delight,
In depths profound, where mysteries lie,
They speak of love beneath the azure sky.
The brown dims as hearts turn tristful,
Winter whispers, shadows wistful,
A chill that seeps into the veins,
As memories fade like distant strains.
But beyond the rain's drear domain,
Love blossoms in the sun's sweet reign,
Each droplet kissed by golden light,
As winter yields to spring's delight.
Yet questions haunt, like tales untold,
Why does drowning feel as bright as gold?
In your gaze, mysteries unfold,
In love's embrace, my heart is bold.
Thus, in the mix of graceful grace,
And wit profound, our love finds place,
Forever lost, yet truly found,
In the depths of thy eyes, love's ground.
