Am I Enough?

Noted Nest

By Isha Dilshad

In the corners of a restless mind,

Whispers of doubt are all that I find.

A shadow that lingers, a voice that’s unclear,

It questions my choices, it feeds on my fear.

Each step that I take feels heavy and slow,

The seeds of uncertainty begin to grow.

“Am I enough?” echoes, a haunting refrain,

In the depths of my heart, it stirs up the pain.

I glance in the mirror, but what do I see?

A reflection of worry, a stranger to me.

The dreams that once sparkled now flicker and fade,

In the battle of thoughts, my courage betrayed.
